My meal planning has gotten a bit wonky the past few weeks. Not good.

Breakfasts for the week: Cinnamon Steel Cut oats with Apples, smoothies

Snacks: for the week: crackers + veggies + hummus, rice cakes + peanut butter, kale

Sunday dinner: Vegetable strudel based on this recipe

Monday Lunch: Monday Dinner: Left over Vegetable strudel

Tuesday Lunch: Vegetable sandwhich from homemade rosemary herb bread and tofu bell pepper spread

Tuesday Dinner: Vegetables + Quiona

Wednesday Lunch: Vegetable sandwhich

Wednesday Dinner: Freezer chili + cornbread

Thursday Lunch: Freezer chili + cornbread. Or, freezer pizza rolls

Thursday Dinner: SALAD

Friday Lunch: SALAD

Friday Dinner: ?? Sushi? Pizza?
